itinerary

I spent most of tonight doing the thing I love most: planning a trip to a new city. I have the maps, the websites, the lists, the possibilities, all laid out before me. Sometimes I think I love planning the trip even more than actually taking the trip.

So far I have researched public transit, concerts (of all types), museums, hotels, restaurants and the red light district.  (Purely for awareness. Honest.)

This is the only "new" city in the upcoming marathon of travel. Two continents, three states, before Memorial Day. I am beside myself with joy. As long as I don't look at the exchange rates.
